History

BreakThru Technology Partners started in early 2000 with the express goal of providing outsourced technology services. The premise was that BreakThru could give clients access to a wide-range of technical advice, talent and systems that would allow them to have better operational results with equivalent or lower costs. We follow the same model today.

 

Breakthru’s Chief Executive is Ryan Oliver

Ryan’s background includes a BA in Economics (Wheaton College) and two masters degrees one in Business Strategy (MBA Emory University) and one in Health Care Administration (MPH Emory University). Prior to starting BreakThru, Ryan worked with Deloitte Consulting in the operations and financial fields and as a Consulting Manager in Siemens Corporation’s Health Care Systems group.

On a day to day basis, Ryan manages BreakThru operations and often works with clients as their “virtual CIO” to help them design and implement systems that meet organizational objectives. He takes particular satisfaction in reducing organizational IT spending over time.

 

Organizational Structure

BreakThru has technology leads in each of the client service, purchasing/licensing, hosting, and data center service areas.  It is our goal to surround our client operational leads with the expertise they need for exceptional decision making.
